2023 - 2024 | A young person’s guide to totally abstract too-serious music

Curated by artist Samson Young for NME15, 20 new duets were commissioned this year for young students and their teachers. Celebrating diverse musical approaches, these surprising and fun scores were published internationally in early 2024, together with original illustrations by local printmakers from Hong Kong.
